Yarn and Thread Cutter

Love scissors but always being poked by the point in your project bag? Yep, me too.  So I laser cut some cute spring safety yarn cutters.  There’s a small blade sandwiched in between the discs.  It’s deep enough to not cut you - but perfect to cut your yarn or thread. 

Handmade / Laser cut on 2 pieces of 3mm solid basswood (6mm total) in our Florida studio.

Each yarn cutter comes with a bead chain (colors vary)

Watch my video of me trying to cut my pinky with it and it won’t (good!).  But it cuts the yarn smooth and safe.
