• Southern Sock Yarn Set: (20g mini and 100g main): 75% 19.5 Micron Superwash Merino & 25% Nylon | 3-ply yarn | 100g skein 463 yds | 20g mini 90yds.
• Southern DK Yarn Set: (20g mini and 100g main): 75% Superwash Merino & 25% Nylon | 4-ply yarn | 100g skein 245 yds | 20g mini 49yds.

Standard includes the yarn and a few specially curated goodies:

When it ships

The Southern Stitch subscription will ship on or about the 20th of each month.

If you sign up between the 20th and 25th of the month, you will receive that month’s box.  

When it bills

You will be billed the day you sign up for the current month’s shipment and then the 25th of each following month. 

• Example sign up between January 20th - 25th and you’ll receive February’s subscription shipment on or about February 20th.  You will be invoiced for the March subscription shipment on February 25th for shipment on or about March 20th. 

Three (3) calendar days prior to your next automatic invoice you will receive an email notifying you of the upcoming payment for the 25th of the month.  If you need to cancel, pause, or modify your subscription (see below) you will need do so during this time period.  

You will be automatically invoiced in the 25th of each subsequent month (or your selected delivery frequency) as long as your subscription is active for shipping on or about the 20th of the next month.  This allows us 3 weeks to order the yarn, prep, dye, and pack your order so it will be ready for shipping on the 20th.

How to Change Your Subscription

If you need to change your shipping address, email, payment method, pause or cancel your subscription, or update subscription details you can use the customer portal (you will create an account at checkout). Or you may email us at contact@southernskeins.com

As all subscription orders are custom made for you, if you need to cancel your subscription or change your subscription you must do so at least five (5) business days before your next automatic billing. Otherwise, you will be automatically billed on the 25th.  Since these orders are custom made no cancelations or refunds are allowed once payment is made for that shipment.
