Your satisfaction is a priority and we will make every effort to correct any mistakes, wrong item(s), damages, or defects made in the order. In all other instances, sales are final. Please let us know within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date if there is an issue with your product.
Please note that mystery type yarn boxes / subscription boxes / advent calendars are not eligible for return or cancelation due to the color not being of your liking (that’s the fun and surprise of the mystery boxes!)
We are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once they have been shipped. We can not replace or issue a refund for packages lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once the package has left our facility. As such we recommend you purchase shipping protection at checkout
Approved returns will be provided with prepaid postage. Return postage fee will be deducted from return. Approved returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed.
