Cancellation policy

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. You can change or modify your subscription through your account.  We encourage you to sign up for one. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it before you are autobilled.  A few days before being auto billed you’ll receive an email notifying you of the auto bill. Any changes to your account need to be made before the auto bill date. Any changes made after your autobill processes will BE EFFECTIVE the NEXT BILLING CYCLE.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. Be sure to do it before your autobill processes. Any changes made after your autobill processes will BE EFFECTIVE the NEXT BILLING CYCLE.

It is not required, however highly recommended that you sign up for an account and login   as it makes changing credit card info or account changes easy. 

Please note that once you’ve paid for a month which you intended to cancel, there are no refunds and your yarn will be sent to you as scheduled.  Email reminders of upcoming invoices are sent to provide adequate time to cancel, change, or postpone a subscription.See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
