Enjoy twent-five magical colorways where each day reveals a new skein, dyed in exclusive shades inspired by the iconic moments, beloved characters, and unforgettable quotes from the Elf movie. As always, we are offering a variety of options to fit a variety of budgets. 

Advent Options

Option 1: The Advent Calendar (aka “give me all the things!”)

Includes:

• 24 days of yarn (in Southern Sock or Southern DK or Southern Worsted) 
• 100g skein to open Christmas Day
• Reusable fabric calendar (see photos for last year’s this year’s will be themed different)
• Themed Bag 
• Advent knitting pattern by Madcow Mandy 
• Knit-a-long with prizes!
• And a few other goodies by some of your favorite makers that we will keep secret until December. 😉

Option 2: Just the Yarn (already have enough project bags and notions, this one is for you!)

Includes: 

• 24 mini skeins of Southern Sock or Southern DK to unwrap daily
• 100g skein to open Christmas Day
• Advent knitting pattern
• Knit-a-long with prizes!
• This option does NOT include the reusable fabric calendar to store the yarn in. 

YARN BASE YARN OPTIONS:

1) Southern Sock Yarn | 80% Superwash merino wool and 20% nylon | 24 individually wrapped 20-gram mini skeins with 80 yards per mini | 1 full size skein 100g with 400 yds (Deluxe option). 

2) Southern DK Yarn | 80% Superwash merino wool and 20% nylon | 24 individually wrapped 20-gram mini skeins with 46 yards per mini | 1 full size 100g skein with 245 yds. 

3) Merino Worsted Yarn | 100% Superwash merino wool | 24 individually wrapped 20-gram mini skeins with 43 yards per mini | 1 full size 100g skein with 218 yds.

What is a Reusable Fabric Calendar?

This is what our Advents are famous for! Basically, it’s the wrapping for the mini skeins. It’s handmade. There a picture on the listing of last year’s.  We are trying to be eco friendly by giving you a 100% cotton fabric reusable calendar with pockets!   Handmade numbers let you know which pocket to open on which day. 

Enjoy advent knitting and the Christmas season with our beautifully handmade, 100% cotton Advent Calendar. The fabric calendars, made by Dave, have little pockets individually numbered to let you know which mini skein to open each day.   It's not just the home for the delightful little mini skeins, it’s part of the entire experience!

Reuse the fabric calendar next year and fill it with sweets or surprises making every Christmas a shared adventure in anticipation and joy.  Imagine refilling it with treats for your kids, creating a countdown filled with joy, or exchanging it with your spouse to discover new goodies each day.
