SHIPPING

Yarn will be shipped out approximately the 20th of each month. So, expect your first shipment a few days after January 20th. It is sent USPS and you'll receive a tracking number before it ships.  Free USPS standard shipping is included.

BILLING

Please note you will be billed the day you sign up; however, the first month will not be shipped until January. 

CANCELATIONS/REFUNDS

There are no cancelations or refunds once purchase is made  

ADDRESS CHANGES

When you sign up, you'll receive a confirmation email.  In that email will be a link to your customer account.  Save or bookmark the email in case you need to change your shipping address.  Or, you can email me at contact@southernskeins.com and I'll gladly update it for you. 

HOW TO GET THE COUPON AND PATTERN EACH MONTH

The coupon code will be printed on your insert card each month and only valid that month. The discount is only for ready to ship items. The pattern link will also be printed on the card.

HOW TO GET THE ZOOM LINK

The Zoom link is printed on each monthly insert at the bottom.  It doesn't change from month to month, so once you save it you'll always have it.
